Prague, third day

Yesterday was our third day in Prague. Here’s a picture from the spot where we stopped for a beer.
This trip is physically demanding. Yesterday, we were out and about from 8:00 through past midnight. We’re to be packed, checked out, and on the bus by 8:45. We probably walked for two hours, and Anne stood on a stage for another 2.5 hours.
So, what did we do in all that time?
In the morning, we went back to Centrum Chodov, the mall, and looked through the grocery store and got some provisions. Fun fact: the grocery store sells food, toothpaste, tires, and foosball tables. Then we rode the subway to the foot of the hill where Prague Castle stands. Hiked up, got lunch, and walked through the cathedral shooting pictures of anything that didn’t move.
From the castle, we walked back down the hill and across the river. Stopped in a little riverside bistro and had a beer. Then walked to the tour bus, rode back to the hotel, and got our clothes for the concert. Rode back to the concert at 5:00. I listened to the rehearsal, then listened to the concert. It went very well.
After the concert, we walked down to the river, waited a bit, and boarded a boat for dinner and a cruise. The boat went up and down a short stretch of the river for about two hours. The choir got up on the boat’s top deck and tested the acoustics under the various bridges. Then we got back onto the bus and back to the hotel to pack and crash for a few hours.
Tomorrow, we’re leaving for Brno.
